Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc.Eng or B.Eng in Civil/Structural Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
Professionally Registered or imminent registration with ECSA.
Preferential Abilities & Experience:
Solid technical background in structural analysis, modelling, and hand calculations, ensuring sound, code compliant, and constructible designs across a range of materials and building types.
Strong ability to conduct and lead site inspections, assess workmanship, and issue site instructions.
Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding junior engineers and technicians.
Ability to integrate structural design elements with other engineering & architectural disciplines.
Strong client communication & interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD Suite & structural modelling software e.g. Tekla, Prokon, Masterseries, Robot.
