Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Store stock accurately in designated locations.
Pick and pack customer orders and production requirements according to picking slips.
Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts and stock takes.
Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO principles where applicable).
Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies to management.
Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Grade 12/ Matric
Basic Computer Literacy in Microsoft and ERP Systems
Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
1-2 Years’ experience in production, Manufacturing or similar environment.
Experience with picking, packing, receiving, and dispatch functions
Forklift Licence Advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
