Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Supervise warehouse staff, sales representatives, and store assistants.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave records, and discipline.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and training.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory, stock receiving, storage, stock transfers, and stock counts.
• Ensure stock records are accurate and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, or store management.
• Experience managing sales staff and warehouse personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
