✈️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily ground handling operations to ensure safety, service quality, and on-time performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and airline requirements.

• Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor operational performance, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Security, and operational standards.

🎯 Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ground handling operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turnaround Coordinator and/or Ground Dispatcher.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Passenger Services operations.

• Experience using the Altea DCS system.

• Good knowledge of Load Control procedures and airport operations.

• Completion of all mandatory Ground Handling training courses, particularly Safety and Security.

• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and lead by example.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
