About the Position As a Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service station, guaranteeing the safe and efficient sale of petroleum products and LPG.

Your leadership will be essential in maintaining asset integrity, controlling inventory, driving sales, managing finances, and fostering a high-performance team environment. Key Responsibilities for Station Manager Jobs in Lusaka Oversee all aspects of daily station operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient sale of petroleum products and LPG. Drive sales across fuel, non-fuel, oil, and LPG product lines.

Deliver exceptional customer service standards consistently. Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies. Manage station financials and monitor operational performance metrics.

Lead, coach, and develop station staff to enhance team effectiveness. Qualifications and Experience Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

At least two years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, FMCG, Marketing, or Sales. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage business relationships effectively.

Proven customer service, sales, and business development capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound technical knowledge and operational expertise related to station management. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
