An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Sous Chef specialising in Italian & Greek cuisine to join one an international team of top chefs at this unique ultra luxury private resort based in the Seychelles catering to UHNW clientele. This Sous Chef role requires a chef with refined culinary expertise, creativity, & a passion for delivering bespoke dining experiences at the highest level & & happy to engage with guests. Requirements: · European (Italian & Greek) cuisine specialists with exposure in the Middle East · Michelin exposure &/ or award-winning restaurant background · Fluency in English written & verbal · This is a remote location, single status travel only Salary Package: $3900 tax free + service charge + single expat benefits + fantastic staff facilities
