Design and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and performance test strategies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and automated testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Utilize QA tools and frameworks to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.
Prepare and maintain software documentation, including:
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Change Control documentation
- Software Validation Reports
- Software Quality Assurance documentation
- Critical Assessments
- Activity Flow Diagrams
- UML Diagrams
Ensure documentation complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
Use basic SQL and report builder tools to generate reports.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support daily tasks.
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with IT best practices and quality standards.
Demonstrate strong time management skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Collaborate effectively with developers, department heads, and business stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing tools, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
