About the Role
​A new content media agency launching in Accra is seeking a highly charismatic, fearless, and articulate On-Screen Creator to serve as the primary face of our launch series.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will be the energetic anchor executing creative public, high-engagement challenges, and dynamic social experiments across Accra.
Note: If you experience stage fright, struggle with public spontaneity, or worry about public perception, this environment will not be a fit. However, if you possess unmatched audacity, thrive in front of a crowd, and love commanding a room, this is your playground.
What You Get
• Compensation:
Because we are building this from the ground up, there is no upfront base salary for the launch phase. Instead, you will receive a commission on all initial client accounts secured directly through our launch content.

You get elite, high-production viral content filmed and directed for your personal portfolio.
• ​Future:
As soon as we secure our first 2–3 retained clients, this transitions into a stable monthly contract.
