Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
• Monitor construction progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Check the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
• Record site activities, manpower, and material usage.
• Assist in solving on-site construction issues.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Ghana.
