Purpose of the Role

Our client, a reputable construction company specializing in commercial and residential developments, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Site Agent to join their team in Pretoria. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or a junior construction professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship standards.
• Assist with project administration, reporting, and record keeping.
• Track material usage and site resources.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
• Assist in resolving site-related challenges and technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
