Nabridas is looking for a Technician in its after-sales department.
Main Responsibilities
Carry out installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance of:
- Swimming pool pump
- Sand filter and cartridge filter
- Salt chlorinators
- Solar water heater
- Heat pump
- Water pump and related equipment
- Attend customer service calls as per the daily planning.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
- Complete service reports and provide feedback to the Service Coordinator.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle in good condition.
Requirements
- Having an SC or National Trade Certificate (NTC)
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical or pool equipment maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 to 16:30
