Job Description Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including Planning and preparing meals; Managing kitchen staff; Ensuring food quality and safety standards, and Maintaining inventory and supplies. The Senior Sous Chef will collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus; Create new dishes; Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The candidate needs to be strong and level-headed and can deal with and navigate challenging work dynamics. Keeping the highest hygiene level of compliance in both the staff kitchen and the main kitchen Manage and guide the Pastry Kitchen Must have the ability to train and develop staff under his/her leadership.
