Prixin Company Limited is seeking to recruit a results-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with deep experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Conduct cost analysis and project valuations
• Manage project cost control and monitor expenditures
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor quotations
• Assess variations, claims and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
• Support procurement and contract administration processes
• Prepare cost reports and advise on cost-saving opportunities
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration and project cost control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software
• Strong analytical, negotiation and reporting skills
