BESYS Technologies PLC invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer, who will also handle key business development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project and operational planning activities.
• Develop annual plans, action plans, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and overall company performance.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support tender preparation, proposal development, and business expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
