Job Description:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery
- Design and oversee HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and performance standards
- Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend project meetings as required
- Drive innovative engineering solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project execution
- Strong experience in HVAC, ventilation, wet services, and fire protection systems
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from planning through implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities and site visits
Qualification:- BTech, BEng, or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (PR Eng)
