A prestigious 5-star property in Sandton is seeking an experienced Senior Manager on Duty to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations as the Manager on Duty Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless operational flow Supervise and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments Handle guest complaints, VIP requests, and operational challenges professionally Support department heads with staff training, discipline, and performance management Manage shifts, handovers, and operational reporting Respond effectively to emergencies and operational issues Report directly to the General Manager and Training Manager Requirements: Hospitality Management qualification advantageous Minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience Minimum 3 years’ experience within Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Hotel Operations Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong computer literacy and reporting skills Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Solid understanding of hotel operations and SOPs Package: Salary: R29 000 per month Location: Sandton If you are passionate about hospitality leadership and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, we would love to hear from you.
