Access Control:

Monitor entry points, verify identification, and manage visitor access to ensure only authorized personnel and guests enter the premises.

Patrols:

Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and back-of-house.

CCTV Monitoring:

Monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to detect and prevent security breaches.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, de-escalating situations professionally.

Crowd Management:

Manage crowd behavior and ensure orderly movement, especially during events or peak hours.

Theft Prevention:

Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Emergency Procedures:

Implement emergency response protocols (fire, evacuation, medical) and coordinate with management and emergency services.

Guest Assistance:

Assist guests with safety concerns, lost property, and general inquiries.

Key Management:

Control and monitor the issuance of keys to staff and guests.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed incident logs and submit reports to management.
