What you will be doing:

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.

• Guide incoming vehicles to designated parking areas and monitor site facilities, including lighting, fountain systems, and water supply.

• Inspect and maintain generator operations, keep accurate records, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.

• Replenish diesel supplies and operate the generator in manual mode when required.

• Perform driving duties as assigned and carry out other related tasks as directed by Management.

• Promote a positive company image by interacting courteously and professionally with colleagues, patients, visitors, and external stakeholders.

• Report customer complaints, incidents, or potential issues to the Line Manager promptly.

• Adhere to company policies, including attendance, grooming, and professional conduct standards.

What are we looking for?

• Higher School Certificate (HSC).

• Previous experience in a similar security, support, or facilities-related role.

• Strong observational, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
