About the Role

The Sales Supervisor- Heavy Equipment Machines will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing sales Assistants
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Preparing sales reports and forescasts
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment machines and the industry

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in selling heavy equipment machines
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
• Customer-focused with strong relationship building skills
• Proficiency in microsoft Office suit
