A well-established international company within the industrial abrasives and tooling industry is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join their growing team in Mpumalanga. This opportunity is ideal for a strong hunter-sales profile with experience calling on industrial clients, retail stores, resellers, and end users within the DIY and industrial sectors
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years external sales experience
- Experience within industrial tools, abrasives, hardware, DIY, or related industries
- Strong retail sales exposure managing industrial and DIY retail stores
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience advantageous
- Bilingual: English & Afrikaans
- Candidate should preferably reside in the Nelspruit / Lowveld area
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development within the Mpumalanga Lowveld region
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Service end users, resellers, and retail stores
- Conduct customer visits and compile call reports
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Assist with occasional product deliveries when required
