Core Responsibilities

• Analyze a client's energy usage and requirements to propose suitable system sizes e.g., 1.5KVA, 3.5KVA and configurations.
• Provide cost estimates, financial analyses, handle objections, and close sales, often involving performance-based incentives.
• Identify new leads, contact potential clients, and plan new marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners installers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Expand sales networks in specific regionsin Abuja or Lagos, leveraging local knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on inverter technologies, battery types like Lithium, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute plans to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, often including B2B sales to installers.
• Attend trade shows, expos, and local events to promote products and meet potential clients.

Coordination and After-Sales Support:

• Maintaining contact with clients post-installation to ensure system satisfaction and secure referrals.
• Providing regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• SSCE / NCE / ND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences or any related field
• Experience: 2-5 years.
