Requirements:

• Proven experience in counter sales, ideally within the construction machinery or equipment industry
• Solid knowledge of construction machinery
• Sales-related qualification advantageous
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and confident, client-facing presentation
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems, email)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter
• Participate in periodic stock counts
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and well-presented branch environment
• Support delivery operations as required
• Contribute to the branch's long-term growth
• Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S / SHEQ requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service and support client retention
• Think on your feet and problem-solve independently when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
