SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Officer is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a professional, seamless customer experience. The role prepares quotations, tracks orders, follows up on payments, drives marketing initiatives, and ensures overall customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding payments and confirm receipt of payments
• Update clients regularly on job progress and timelines
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Promote new services, products, and special offers
• Plan and support marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of printing services
• Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related systems)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
