Sales & Marketing Manager - Luxury Big Five Safari Lodges - Remote (JHB or Cape Town) Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a driven and creative Sales and Marketing Manager for two well-established Big Five safari lodges in one of South Africa's premier safari destinations. This is a fully remote role for a self-motivated marketing professional who can build brand presence, drive direct bookings and grow occupancy across both properties - working independently while collaborating closely with the reservations and management teams. Please note: Candidates must be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field Proven track record of driving occupancy growth and measurable sales results Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing and online advertising Experience with website content management Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Highly organised and self-directed in a remote working environment Graphic design and video editing experience advantageous Stable work history with contactable references Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and direct bookings Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns from concept through to completion Manage all social media platforms with consistent, on-brand content Create content for social media, email campaigns, blogs and promotional material Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights Conduct market research into tourism trends, competitor activity and customer preferences Manage email marketing and digital advertising to maximise return on investment Work closely with the reservations team on specials, packages and seasonal campaigns Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, influencers and media Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print platforms Package: Gross Salary: Up to R40,000 per month (DOE) Fully remote position Should you feel you are the right fit for this role, please apply with your updated CV, contactable references and a recent head and shoulders photo ASAP! ?
