Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company annual/quarterly sales revenue, profit, and market share KPIs; track daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions for gaps.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, manage, and coach the sales team; conduct recruitment, onboarding, daily supervision, performance appraisal, and incentive management; improve team sales capability, work efficiency and overall team cohesion.
  
• Market & Business Development: Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities; identify new business opportunities, potential markets and customer groups; expand sales channels and continuously optimize the company’s market layout.
  
• Key Account Management: Maintain long-term, stable and cooperative relationships with key customers; conduct regular customer visits and demand communication; solve customer complaints and operational problems in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Sales Operation & Management: Formulate sales plans, promotion policies and pricing strategies according to market conditions; organize and participate in business negotiations, large-order follow-up and project docking; review sales contracts and ensure standardized sales processes.
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and sort out sales data, compile regular sales reports, summarize sales rules and existing problems; put forward feasible optimization plans to support company sales decision-making.
  
• Cross-department Collaboration: Cooperate with marketing, product, logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order delivery, brand promotion and market activity implementation, and jointly drive business growth.
