Minimum requirements:

• PASSIONATE and EXPERIENCED cyclist.
• Extensive knowledge of bicycles, components, accessories, and cycling apparel.
• Proven retail sales management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for achieving results.
• Computer literate with strong operational and administrative skills.

• Driving sales growth and achieving budgeted sales and margin targets.
• Delivering EBIT performance in line with budget.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps cyclists coming back.
• Maintaining world-class merchandising and store presentation.
• Managing stock, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Executing local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring effective administration, reporting, risk management, and compliance.
