Job Details

Job Summary:

Create and lead a team to drive the revenue of the Company by achieving, and exceeding, sales targets. Help to build a loyal customer base through excellent service and expert product knowledge. Along with the Marketing- and Forecast Planning departments, come up with strategies for upcoming seasonal sales targets. Coach, guide, train, and provide support to Sales Coordinators to ensure excellence in performance of their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales targets met for each quarter.
  • Management reports completed on time and accurately.
  • Ensure all relevant Standard Operating Procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Sales targets discussed and agreed with management.
  • Ensure that sales team daily targets are set, performances are monitored and managed.
  • Keep track of current trends, and make recommendations to management about changes to sales strategies.
  • Endure Disciplinary Code is adhered to.
  • All subordinate Performance Reviews performed each quarter.
  • Succession Plan implemented.
  • All systems are updated where applicable e.g. Monday.com, iSync

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a sales environment
  • Performance management
  • Team Leadership / Management
  • Report writing and interpreting
  • Client Services background
  • G-Suite and Microsoft Office
