Key Responsibilities:
- Build a vibrant and high-performing Sales Team .
- Train team members on company insurance products and their specifications.
- Provide the sales team with essential sales and marketing tools and skills.
- Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate individual and team performance.
- Lead sales activities to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Deliver presentations to organizations and institutions to generate new business.
- Ensure timely submission of underwriting documentation by the sales team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Lead in a Life Insurance Company.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or any discipline.
- Professional certificate in Sales and Marketing will be a plus.
- Passionate about Sales.
- Hold a valid driving license.

Remuneration: Basic salary + Overrider Commissions + Other benefits.
