Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a vibrant and high-performing Sales Team .
  • Train team members on company insurance products and their specifications.
  • Provide the sales team with essential sales and marketing tools and skills.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Lead sales activities to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Deliver presentations to organizations and institutions to generate new business.
  • Ensure timely submission of underwriting documentation by the sales team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Lead in a Life Insurance Company.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or any discipline.
  • Professional certificate in Sales and Marketing will be a plus.
  • Passionate about Sales.
  • Hold a valid driving license.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to meet targets.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products.
  • People Management Ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Reporting Skills.

Locations: Head Office (Accra)
Remuneration: Basic salary + Overrider Commissions + Other benefits.
