The Sales leader drives revenue growth and market expansion for Hiiro Group Animal Feed across assigned territories. Acting as Hiiro's commercial ambassador, the role holder is responsible for the full cycle of sales and marketing and will lead a team of sales representatives to deliver on volume and value targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s sales plan with clear monthly targets by territory and customer segment.

• Build and manage a strong customer and channel partner network across the assigned territory.

• Recruit, coach, and performance-manage the Sales Representative team through regular field visits.

• Ensure timely payment collection and credit discipline across all channel partners

• Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports with variance analysis to the General Manager
