Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections for prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate brokers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM database.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and transaction completion.

Marketing:

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Build referral networks that generate repeat business.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Track sales performance against established KPIs.
  • Update management on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
