Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements: 
  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years experience within manufacturing industry. 
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business development, account management, or external sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
