Rooms Division Manager - Game Lodge Pilanesburg

A 4* leisure resort with accommodation for up to 400 people, seeks an experienced Rooms Division Manager, who will oversee all accommodation-related operations, primarily leading the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. They act as the operational backbone of the hotel, bridging strategic revenue planning with daily guest experiences to maximize profitability and guest satisfactionmatching the following essential requirements:- Grade 12 Tertiary Hospitality Management Diploma Minimum 3 years as a Rooms Division Manager at a 160 roomed 4* hotel or resort Must have strong Revenue Management experience Well presented, well spoken and willing and able to work the hours required Accustomed to High volume and pressure Own vehicle would be useful, accommodation will be provided on the property PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE.
