About the Relationship Manager Role As a Relationship Manager at First Capital Bank, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive expert advice and high-quality service tailored to their business and personal needs.

You will actively identify and pursue servicing and sales opportunities, collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, and contribute to business growth by building strong networks within the community. Key Responsibilities for Relationship Manager Jobs in Lusaka Provide customers with essential information and advice to help them achieve their objectives through time-saving and value-added solutions.

Proactively identify and respond to servicing opportunities within your portfolio, aiming to exceed service standards. Manage and resolve all non-routine queries and complaints effectively.

Coordinate with the Credit department on lending applications, account monitoring, and delivery of lending decisions. Assist customers in preparing effective lending applications and improving service standards.

Develop sales opportunities by collaborating with relevant specialists to meet customer needs. Maximize portfolio potential by supporting customers in reaching their business and personal goals with appropriate solutions.

Meet challenging sales and lead generation targets. Build a network of contacts and drive proactive business development within the wider community.

Promote alternative delivery channels and internal products to customers. Maintain high standards of branch appearance and customer experience.

Support colleagues through training and coaching on business customers, products, and services. Monitor and provide feedback on leads supplied by other colleagues.

Develop attraction and retention strategies targeting key markets. Foster close collaboration with other Relationship Managers and sales staff.

Required Skills and Competencies Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship management experience.

Proficiency in financial analysis and providing sound financial advice. Experience working with corporate clients.

Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or related fields.

An MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage. Full Grade 12 certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics.
