Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain balance sheet trackers and conduct regular balance sheet reviews.
  • Review compliance with corporate financial controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Oversee intercompany balances, assist in resolving discrepancies, and drive the settlement of outstanding items.
  • Support and prepare regional teams for internal audits.
  • Track and close audit findings and action plans.
  • Ensure group finance policies and instructions are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Assist with local ownership and regulatory requirements across the region.
  • Review and support optimisation of legal entity structures.
  • Drive initiatives to close dormant entities where appropriate.
  • Provide support on ad hoc finance and compliance projects.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience preparing accounts through to balance sheet level, including complex reconciliations.
  • Strong foreign exchange experience.
  • Regional finance experience supporting multiple countries, companies, and business units.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, including:
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • OneDrive document management
    • Virtual collaboration and document-sharing platforms
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as PeopleSoft, SUN, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
