What you will do

  • Source and identify suitable candidates for client vacancies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Work towards agreed placement targets to unlock a permanent role
What we are looking for

  • Matric / school leaver — no prior experience required
  • Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and succeed in a sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have your own laptop — this is a requirement
  • Must be able to commute to Roodepoort and work on-site daily
