Records Management Graduate Intern

BACKGROUND

Kabwe Institute of Technology (KIT) invites applications from eligible KIT graduates for internship opportunities under the TEVETA/Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) Internship Programme.

The programme is intended to provide graduates with structured workplace exposure, practical industry experience and enhanced employability through work-based learning.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Applications are invited from KIT graduates who:

• Have successfully completed the relevant KIT programme.
• Possess a qualification relevant to the internship field.
• Are available and willing to undertake the internship if selected.
• Meet the requirements of the particular internship opportunity.
• Submit all required information and supporting documents within the application period.

• A copy of the applicant’s National Registration Card (NRC).
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).

SELECTION PROCESS

KIT will conduct an objective and transparent selection process based on approved selection criteria and the requirements of the respective internship opportunities.

• Only shortlisted and successful nominees will be submitted to TEVETA.

IMPORTANT: Submission of a nomination by KIT does not constitute automatic placement. Final selection will be undertaken by the Zambia Federation of Employers (ZFE) from among nominees submitted by participating institutions.
