Receptionists (4 Positions)

Job description

Carousel Hotel is hiring four Receptionists to join its Lusaka team:

• 2 Male Receptionists
• 2 Female Receptionists

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar hospitality role
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field is an added advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with hotel property-management or reservation systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and front-office operations
• Professional, friendly and well-presented
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Must be honest, reliable and punctual
• A reference letter from a previous employer is required
