A well-established law firm based in Roodepoort/Randburg is seeking a professional, organised and detail-oriented Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception and switchboard duties, including welcoming clients and managing incoming calls and correspondence;
  • General office administration and document management;
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining physical and electronic client files;
  • Liaising with and instructing messengers, couriers, sheriffs and correspondent attorneys;
  • Following up on outstanding matters with clients, courts, sheriffs, correspondents and other stakeholders;
  • Drafting routine correspondence, basic legal notices and administrative documents;
  • Assisting with payroll administration and other finance-related tasks;
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meeting arrangements;
  • Ordering office supplies and ensuring the smooth running of the office; and
  • Providing general administrative support to attorneys and staff as required.

Location: Roodepoort / Randburg, Gauteng
