A well‑established refrigeration company is seeking a skilled Senior Refrigeration Technician with solid commercial and industrial experience. The ideal candidate is technically strong, reliable, and ready to grow within a dynamic, expanding organisation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Work with electronic controllers and valves
Service and maintain multiplex and CO₂ refrigeration systems
Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment
Perform installations, fault‑finding, and preventative maintenance
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Travel to client sites as required
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years refrigeration experience (commercial & industrial)
Trade Test: Refrigeration Mechanic
NQF Level 4 or 5 in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Mechanical Engineering
Apprenticeship completed through an accredited training provider
FET College Certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Strong knowledge of multiplex and CO₂ systems
Valid ID, passport, and driver’s licence
Willingness to travel for work
Clean criminal record
Stable employment history
Excellent communication skills
Ability to grow with the company and contribute to long‑term success
Salary is market related depending on qualifications and experience
