The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding customers through the property acquisition process, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through calls, emails, presentations, and consultations.
- Provide professional guidance and expert advice throughout the property purchasing process.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, in real estate will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
