Property Management Officer: Minimum 5 years' property management experience covering residential real estate and shopping malls; REAC or REIB accreditation in Estate Agency; A Degree in Real Estate/Property or equivalent required.
Property Administration Officer: A Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial property administration or shopping mall management.
Strong proficiency in property management software (MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
