Key Responsibilities

• Property Administration: Oversee building operations, property maintenance, repairs, fire safety, security, and cleaning services.
• Compliance & Financials: Monitor property budgets, process bill payments, follow up on delinquencies, and ensure compliance with local property regulations.
• Inventory & Store Management: Oversee daily warehousing activities, handle stock checking (in/out), maintain receipts/withdrawals, and execute regular asset/inventory audits.
• Vendor & Material Handling: Manage vendor/contractor relationships, inspect deliveries for damage/discrepancies, and submit reports for reimbursement.
