Job Purpose

The Project Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the assigned project to ensure the successful implementation of the National ID Registration Project. The role oversees human resource deployment, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and operational support, ensuring compliance with project requirements, government regulations, and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily project operations and field activities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, timelines, and quality standards.

Human Capital Management

• Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, deployment.
• Manage staff schedules and support performance monitoring.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Logistics Management

• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and deployment of personnel and registration equipment.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure timely delivery of operational resources.
• Maintain logistics records and support field operations.

Procurement & Inventory

• Coordinate procurement requests and monitor delivery of goods and services.
• Manage inventory, project assets, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate asset and stock records.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with our client, government representatives, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
