Position Summary

The Program Officer will serve as the primary technical and operational focal point for the VOICE+ Project at the national level, based in Addis Ababa. The position is responsible for leading the day-to-day planning, coordination, and implementation of project activities across all project outcomes, ensuring timely, high-quality, and results-oriented delivery. • Apply and promote gender equality, disability inclusion, conflict sensitivity, and youth engagement principles across all project interventions.
  • Provide technical guidance to community peace actors, paralegals, fellows, and partner staff on civic engagement, peace building, and human rights programming.
