Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for staff, equipment, and official documents while ensuring that company vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, visitors, and company property to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and guests.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and other company items as required.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Ensure that all vehicle documents, including insurance, roadworthy certificates, and licenses, are valid and up to date.
• Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company driving policies.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.
• Assist with any other transport-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver's Licence Class C.
• 3–5 years of proven driving experience.
• Previous experience as a company driver will be an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of handling work-related responsibilities.
