Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:- Grade 12
- Fully competent in English with good communication/interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude and hands-on approach
- Proven supervisory and team management skills
- Basic computer literacy and admin skills
- Experience in a production environment
- Any relevant qualification is an advantage
Tasks:
- Oversee production staff and plan daily operations
- Maintain staff attendance and performance
- Submit daily reports to management
- Liaise with other departments
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Complete stock order requisitions
- Handle material according to company procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Maintain housekeeping standards
