Production Manager - To start ASAP

Production Manager is Required by a Manufacturing Company in Randburg. Hands-on experience in the aluminium and glass industry, with at least 10 years’ experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production leadership role. Responsible for managing the complete production workflow, ensuring that all departments work together efficiently and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production planning. Manage the full production process from stock availability to final manufacturing output. Ensure production deadlines are met according to project schedules. Coordinate between procurement, design, planning, manufacturing, installation, and management teams. Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions. Monitor labour efficiency, material usage, wastage, and rework. Ensure all production activities align with company standards and project specifications. Coordinate with the design and planning team to ensure drawings, cutting lists, glass sizes, and fabrication details are accurate before production. Ensure production teams receive clear and correct information before manufacturing begins. Identify design or planning issues early and escalate them before they affect production.
