Prepper
Job Summary
The Prepper prepares ingredients and maintains a clean, organized kitchen to ensure food is ready for cooking according to Pedros standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, cut, marinate, and prepare ingredients.
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with preparation tasks.
- Monitor stock of kitchen supplies.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Experience in food preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hygiene practices.
- Team player with attention to detail.
