We are looking for a hands-on Preparation Manager to supervise and manage our in-house preparation team.
The successful candidate must be able to:
Manage and supervise staff effectively.
Ensure parts are correctly prepared for powder coating.
Provide in-house training and guidance to employees.
Monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality standards.
Ensure deadlines and production targets are met.
Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the preparation area.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, be practical and hands-on, and be comfortable managing and training a team in a production environment.
