•Develop coaching skills within line managers by providing tools, observing and providing feedback.

•Have strong, working knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and disciplinary processes, with the ability to independently manage complex cases. Provide comprehensive support on all IR matters, ensuring alignment with company policies, local labour legislation, and best practice. Lead and manage disciplinary processes end-to-end, including investigations, hearings, documentation, and outcomes, ensuring procedural fairness at all times.
•Demonstrate a solid understanding of MAU payroll taxes and supporting compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls. Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accuracy in tax calculations, reporting, and reconciliations related to MAU payroll processes. Stay updated on changes in payroll tax legislation and assess implications for business operations.
Qualifications and Behavioral Competencies

•3+ years Human Resources Generalist experience
